You can get it from a locksmith shop.....it's used as an exterior lock lube that doesn't freeze or thicken up in cold weather.

It only costs a few quid a bottle.

Just checked on ebay.......3.50 to your door.

Is it right that it can be used on piston seals and the tail end of the piston instead of mollypaste?

It can certainly be used on piston seals, but for high-load metal to metal contact areas I would suggest a dry moly paste would be safer.

Maybe try some on 22 hw95 as that's in very low state of tune and I've a spare seals if it doesn't work out.  It'll be interesting to see if it influences velocity or consistency. Well it will for boring old gimmers like me. :D

I've used graphite powder on a few springers I've tuned.

The powder is very slippery, and so works well on piston seals, though I've only used it on plastic ones.

I've also burnished it into the cylinder walls where the seal runs, but still used moly paste on the rear of the piston skirt and where it runs in the back of the cylinder tube, as I would hazard a guess the graphite powder would be unable to sustain load and would 'break-down' quite quickly, and lose any 'lubrication' properties it may possibly have. I view graphite powder more as a slippery friction reducing substance moreso than a lubricating product.

However, if you're braver than me, and wish to try it under heavy load, then I'd be more than interested to hear your findings. ;)

http://planetairgun.com/index.php?topic=7836.0 I did a bit of playing with mixing lubes, the ceramic wax is very good (the ceramic has exclent load capabilities) the tetra gun oil and grease when applied can be buffed off leaving a super smooth finish.
