Pretty much sums it up Franky, the LGV range are good guns no matter who makes them with some saying Umarex & not true Walther but does it matter?
I prefer the wood stock myself, the synthetic is a bit lighter though you feel the vibration in your cheek,it helps to fill the butt.
This model is the Challenger Ultra & is not sold in the UK instead we have the Challenger with opens or a modded version.
The Ultra refers to the barrel weight & the Ultra Competition is the adjustable cheek piece model. My .22 model is the LGV Master which is the same action no barrel weight, opens & threaded barrel in a wood stock.
They all shoot well straight out of the box with .22 as expected feeling more relaxed than its .177 partner.Very accurate full stop so long as as hold it right. ::)
I liked my first one that much which is a 2012 Comp Ultra i got myself the rest of the range including the PRO & the U/L LGU.
The long first stage on the trigger is my only gripe but can be made better the weight you just live with.Make sure the trigger weight screw isn't too far in & it should be fine. :)

A good read Franky, he seems very happy with what he's got.
I plink , therefore I am.
