S200 has to have the cylinder removed to fill ?  only the target version as far as I know.

Early S200 was the cylinder removed to fill,later is quick fill.

Mick, I've got a very early S200 (it was the very first one in Wales actually) and that has a factory quick fill.

Yes the cylinder is removable, but you don't need to do that in order to charge it.


However, I do recall the dedicated target orientated S200'T' has a pressure gauge fitted to the front of the cylinder where the quick fill would normally be, so that particular model would need the cylinder to be removed for charging......so maybe you were thinking of that one?

You are probably right,i too have a very early MK1 with forstner fitting & a later Version.It was my mates & marked up CZ .
