PS. No Human Image Target's can be used at any Gun Range's in USA. Only Police at Police Range's can use them

Maybe it's not a target of OBL, but a poster!!!

I'm not sure if targets of human images are illegal in the UK, but it would be certainly frowned upon, if not an individual club rule.


Out of interest, I do have some 'human image' target cards in my target collection, made/marketed by both Scalemead and Webley (IIRC) back in the 70's or early 80's.
