Talking of aftershave and perfume.....  How is it that perfume costs a lot more than aftershave ?  My aftershave/balm  25.00 a botle etc.   The missus perfume around 80 - 85.00 a bottle and, NO ... its not 4 x the volume !

Same when she goes to the hairdressers.  Me .. 6.00.  The missus ( and this is just for a trim, no wash and dry ! )  .......  37.00.  I dare not ask how much it is when she has it coloured, layered, cut and blow dried.  GULP.  Yes, like a lot of you guys, I like her to look nice and feel nice about herself but cant for the life of me see what the big difference is. No doubt if there is a lady reading this I`m going to be corrected.

Its a very expensive coffee, I know that.  ::)

Eau de toilette translates as Toilet water :o :o

Yep, Eau de Toilette (as Uggys says, Toilet Water) is much more concentrated than aftershave, so you need less of it, and so it lasts longer, both in the bottle, and the aroma....that's why it's more expensive!

Geez, I wish my missus only spent 37 a time at the hairdressers............mine blows just under 100 every month or so...that's 1,200 a year!!

I bought a pair of clippers from Argos for 25 about 5 years ago, and cut my hair myself.......much cheapness!!!

Thought it was the other way round! eau de toilette is watered down perfume http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eau_de_toilette

The 37.00 quid is for a trim. She is in and out in half an hour. And fifteen minutes of that will be drinknig coffee and gasing. Dont mention 100 for an haircut. I`m getting the sweats here. From *orkshire tha na`s .

1,200 a year on your hair ?   Good grief.   GULP,  GULP,  GULP .
