Air Arms S400 carbine.......... Shoots pellet on pellet at 35 consistantly using a rest & bag. No probs at all just yet. If it did`nt, I would not use it for hunting. Great rifle and quite nicely ballanced for me.
Jus need a good bipod for it now.

Reproduced from their January 2013 issue, and with the very kind permission of Airgun Shooter magazine, here's the list of the top selling 5 airguns of the last month.

1/. Weihrauch HW100

2/. Umarex Beretta PX4 Storm

3/. Weihrauch HW95K

4/. BSA Ultra SE

5/. Daystate Air Ranger

The list shows a fairly diverse mix this month....British and German PCP's, Springers, and a C02 pistol.....the first pistol in the list since September, in fact, but yet again the HW199 tops the charts.

It also seems that 'Top End' quality PCP are still selling well, despite the financial burdens that this time of year brings......one shop owner commented that "Some of my customers would sooner go without food than cut down on their favourite hobby"

Retailers are optimistic that the trend will continue, along with the anticipated surge of budget rifles and pistols just before Christmas.

Many thanks again to Blaze publishing, and specifically Nigel Allen, for kindly allowing me to reproduce the list for the benefit of Planet Airgun Forum members and readers.  ;)

Reproduced from their February 2013 issue, and with the very kind permission of Airgun Shooter magazine, here's the list of the top selling 5 airguns of the last month.

1/. Weihrauch HW100

2/. Weihrauch HW45

3/. BSA R10 MK2

4/. Hatsan Model 60

5/. Stoeger X20S

Yet again, the top of the range Weihrauch HW100 tops the chart, followed by their own spring powered pistol, the 45.

In the middle of the chart is a mid-price rifle, BSA's R10.

And quite aptly, the bottom end of the chart is made up by two budget springers.

So it does seem that all price sectors of the market have been selling over the last month, neatly placing themselves at the top, middle and bottom of the chart.

Reproduced from their March 2013 issue, and with the very kind permission of Airgun Shooter magazine, here's the list of the top selling 5 airguns of the last month.

1/. Weihrauch HW100

2/. Stoeger X20S

3/. = Air Arms S410

4/. = BSA R10 mk2

5/. Daystate Huntsman Classic

The HW100 manages the hat-trick, by pulling 3 consecutive top place finishes out of the hat.

PCP's make a strong showing this month, after a relatively poor showing in the middle of last year.

Only the top VFM Stoeger manages to put in an appearance as the only spring gun in the chart.

I wonder if this current trend for PCP rifles will continue next month?

Reproduced from their April 2013 issue, and with the very kind permission of Airgun Shooter magazine, here's the list of the top selling 5 airguns of the last month.

1/. Weihrauch HW100

2/. BSA R10 mk2

3/. = Weihrauch HW97K

4/. = Daystate Huntsman Classic

5/. Air Arms S410

The HW100 does it yet again, and tops the sales chart for the last month.

PCP's continue the trend set last month, by making a strong comeback.........this time it's the top flight 97K which stops it from being a pre-charged whitewash.

So people are still buying fairly expensive rifles i see. The hw100 wins my vote too only the shorter though. Its accurate as anything well built and easy to use :D
Im surprised there isn't any budget springers on that list.

Yes, it does seem that people have a few more quid in their pocket of late, going on the chart results.

Either that, or they're now fed up with the budget rifles, and are hankering after more 'top flight' kit.  ???
