Hers another good one for you.

Brown a couple of packs of sausages (I guarantee one pack won't be enough  ;D) either in a fry pan or in the oven.
Mix a small jar of maple syrup with two large dollops of dijon mustard.
Chop up one large onion and add to the syrup / mustard mix.

Place the browned sausages into an oven proof dish and pour the mix all over them. Stick in the oven at aboout 160 and turn /stir them occasionally. They are ready when the sauce has become really think and caramelised (about 45 mins). The slower you cook them the better. Serve with mash.

Job done.

They are REALLY good warmed up the next day.
