It's cold here but no frost, the sun is shining and there's little wind - gonna change next week though!  ???

No we need more rain! The reservoirs and water table are still very low

The water table around here is not low - grounds saturated and the waters not draining away, all our reservoirs are full as far as I am aware, the rivers are all threatening to burst their banks and properties and hospitals have been flooded out.
If you dig a small hole in the garden - it fills with water to just below the ground surface - that's a high water table is that!  :o

Luckily enough i live on a steep hill so don't get affected but my old house was on a flat rd and the st used to fill up with water to kerb level. i feel for those who's homes get wrecked by our horrid weather  ;D
