Geez Blerky............you have more soddin' 'olidays than Judith Bleedin' Chalmers!!! ::)

Booking holidays is Mrs. Blerk's hobby.

(I forgot to mention the various Bulgarian beers I was drinking last month; some of those were nice, close to the style of "wheat beers".)

Last Friday I had a few pints of summat called Red Beacons >>> https://breconbrewing.co.uk/the-beers/

It's quoted as being an IPA, a style of beer which I don't normally like, but I didn't find it overly hoppy as most IPA beers are.

At least the colour (red) seems right for a decent beer and the 5% strength is heading in the right direction.

.............. back down there tonight for our 'Monday Night Talking Bollocks and Boozing' session. 8)

Who needs social networks, eh?

In other Gnus; it's the beer festival at the pub this weekend so if anyone is in the area I recommend that they call in and visit the best pub in the area. Usually I would be working behind the bar in the tent but I am committed to go camping with my boys so I won't make it (camping with the lads is the only acceptable reason for being unable to earn free beer) but Mrs. Blerk will be there earning my pocket money.

The race was Soooooooo good, I watched it again about an hour ago. 8)

If you can find it on YewBook, FaceToob or whatever, I'd deffo recommend at least watching the last 11 laps or so. :D

If you can't, then the last lap and a half can be found HERE.......but you do need to be registered to view it (only an email addy needed), but it's WELL worth it, plus you'd then be able to access all the other free vids and whatnot on the MotoGP site. ;)

I was using Windows Vista before, and 10 is a HUGE improvement.

It's much more user friendly and intuitive, and loads faster too....downsides are that it comes with a lot of bullshit you may, or may not, want on your PC, depending on your point of view and what you most use your 'putor for.  I didn't, so simply deleted most of it off so it's less cluttered, with a clean and fresh look. The upside of doing that is that it also boots up and runs faster.

I've also had the odd annoyance after auto updates were applied (more bullshit being added) so just deleted all that off too.  Also, a recent update had the laptop getting a Blue screen 'Stopcode' page being thrown up regularly, showing the term 'Bad Pool Caller', which would then force the device to restart itself. I went onto the windows site and simply reinstalled/download the latest version again, and it's been fine since. 8)
