Don't make Sense They made 118m last 12 Month's and only sold for 152m    1 1/4 times Earning's.  500m is more like The Price of 4 x Earning's is Normal for a Company making Money. But what do I know.....Franky

It doesn't always follow like that. The new owners may have taken on Crossman's debts for example. Plus other factors like pension liabilities etc. $152 million? Bargain!
