Seventies
« on: May 16, 2017, 03:34:37 PM »
I'm back in time today while dusting off my old Sports & Hoffman Premier (HW35).These ones are how they were back in the day with no modern internals which reminds me why I went through a PCP phase. :)

In fairness Gam they are not terrible its just that after using sorted ,lazaglided & Walther LGV's amongst others you get used to these & forget how standard guns shoot.

You most certainly do.

When I was young I had a Webley Hurricane, and thought it was the bee's knees. A few years ago I got hold of a a minty, hardy used Webley Tempest (same pistol, but slightly shorter barrel and different sights), and was really disappointed with how harsh and twangy it shoots. I never recalled the Hurricane being like that!!!
