Cheers Iain.
There does appear to be a certain amount of "education" required however.
Bouncing around various forums, there seems to be a "Oh it's different, let's hate it" type scenario. However, it has given me the opportunity to post back and answer any and all questions people have had and in 99% of the cases this has had a very positive result.

Furthermore, those who have bought units have not only said how happy they are with the product, but they will also be posting reviews on their chosen forums in a bid to alleviate other members concerns . It's still going to need the likes of Airgun Shooter and Airgun Gear Show to convince the masses, but I couldn't be happier with the initial responses.

The bits I've seen on Facebook people are keen but some are diehard nitesite fans, they obviously need their minds changing to see the light  ;D

You're quite right Shakey but it's ironic that the reasons for the NS clan not liking it aren't valid. I.e. height and weight issues. (I think we all have them eh Shorty?) ;D
The hunter has far less of an overall profile in that it is shallower and far shorter than a NS + Scope set up, and weighs no more than the scope it replaces. There's also no external wires to accidentally yank on when climbing over fences etc.

But there we go; Rome wasn't built in a day.  ;)

As soon as you get a favourable review in the shooting press I expect it'll really take off.if I had the need for night vision I'd already of ordered one,but neither of my 2 permissions call for it.

Seriously, the lack of bunnies around here means I have now use for NV unfortunately.
